Install Your Total Family Office Engine

(Takes 2–3 minutes. You only do this once.)

Before starting your plan, you need to install your private AI Plan Engine inside Claude.

It’s quick. Follow the steps below.

STEP 1

Create Your Free Claude Account:

Click below and sign up (no credit card required).

Once logged in, return to this page.

STEP 2

Create a New Project:

Inside Claude:

Click Projects (left sidebar)
Click Create Project
Name your project: Total Family Office AI — Control Tower Mode

That’s it.

STEP 3

Add the Project Description:

Inside your new Project, find the Description field.

Copy the text below and paste it into that field.

STEP 4

Add the Project Instructions

Now find the Instructions (or Custom Instructions) field.

Copy and paste the text below.

Follow all instructions in the uploaded file:

When individual or couple life planning is required within the

family system, follow the methodology in:

Begin by asking the user:

1. What language they would like to use.

2. What currency they use (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.).

3. What country or state they live in.

Then ask who the family members are, their ages,

and what has prompted this conversation.

Save.

STEP 5

Upload Your Plan Engine File

Download your Plan Engine file below:

👉 Download Total Familt Office Engine (.docx)

Then inside your Project:

Go to the Files section
Click Upload / Add Files
Select the files you just downloaded

Wait for them to upload.

Done.

Start Your Plan

Inside your Project:

Type "Start Chat" in prompt.
The AI will ask what language you’d like to use
Follow the guided conversation

You can pause anytime and continue later.
