Before starting your plan, you need to install your private AI Plan Engine inside Claude.

It’s quick. Follow the steps below.

STEP 1

Create Your Free Claude Account:

Click below and sign up (no credit card required).

Once logged in, return to this page.

STEP 2

Create a New Project:

Inside Claude:

Click Projects (left sidebar)
Click Create Project
Name your project: Total Community Planner

That’s it.

STEP 3

Add the Project Description:

Inside your new Project, find the Description field.

Copy the text below and paste it into that field.

The Total Community Planner guides community leaders through a four-stage asset-based transformation process — rooted in the Anglican Alliance's community transformation approach and powered by the Academy of Life Planning's GAME Plan framework.

WHAT IT DOES Works through four stages with the community as the subject:

G — Goals: Community story, values, asset inventory and purpose

A — Actions: Obstacles, project ideas and 90-day action plan

M — Means: Human capital, livelihoods and flourishing future

E — Execution: Governance, accountability and 90-day review cycle Produces a Total Community Transformation Plan — owned entirely by the community, built from what it already has.

· Challenge injustice — resist unjust structures and exploitation

· Safeguard creation — sustainability and ecological flourishing

WHO IT IS FOR Community leaders, church facilitators, development workers and neighbourhood organisers working for community-led transformation.

HOW TO USE IT Start a new conversation. The AI will guide you through the full process. Return every 90 days to deepen the plan based on what your community has learned through action.

Now find the Instructions (or Custom Instructions) field.

Download your Plan Engine file below:

Then inside your Project:

Go to the Files section
Click Upload / Add Files
Select the files you just downloaded

Wait for them to upload.

Done.

Start Your Plan

Inside your Project:

Type "Start Chat" in prompt.
The AI will ask what language you’d like to use
Follow the guided conversation

You can pause anytime and continue later.
